A delightful poolside retreat
The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a lovely view of the pool. The breakfast was quite satisfying, with fresh options and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Nikki who assisted with local tours.
The housekeeping needed some improvement. there were moments when essential items like toilet paper and coffee were not consistently provided. the Wi-Fi was rather inconsistent at times.

the pool area is really nice and the location is great! staff were super helpful and the room was clean with a comfy bed. breakfast had a lot of options and the vibe was chill. loved the nature around the hotel, made it feel like a little escape.
the room i got had some old fixtures that needed fixing and the wifi was pretty spotty sometimes.

Narrow staircases present safety hazards for larger feet!!! Outdated fixtures need modernization!!! Paying for early check-in despite room availability is ridiculous!!!

A lovely hotel, I did not want to leave! Got a double room with pool views and a balcony. The hotel is surrounded by nature, like a little park in the center of Pattaya. Wifi was very reliable and the staff was incredibly sweet. Room was super clean, all the amenities set up nicely! !

Although the pool area provided a serene escape, it unfortunately suffered from cleanliness issues and was often littered with leaves, detracting from the experience. the lack of adequate sunbeds and parasols made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding a pleasant touch to the visit.
